Joseph Stalin (grandfather) Iosif Grigoryevich Alliluyev ( Russian : Ио́сиф Григо́рьевич Аллилу́ев ; 22 May 1945 – 2 November 2008) was a Russian cardiologist and a grandson of Joseph Stalin .
