The Miami County Courthouse is an historic building in Troy, Ohio, United States.Built from 1885 to 1888, [3] it was designed by noted Ohio (and later New York) architect Joseph W. Yost, who also designed the similar Belmont County Courthouse built at the same time in St. Clairsville.
The first municipal court was created in 1910, and county courts were created in 1957 as a replacement for justice courts. In 2014, there were 129 municipal courts and 35 county courts.
