The school colors are Blue, White & Silver and the school mascot is an Eagle. [4] Plymouth North opened under the name Plymouth High School, but changed its name to Plymouth-Carver Regional High School when Carver joined the district in 1963. With the opening of Carver High School in 1987, it was renamed Plymouth North High School. [5]
Prior to its opening, Plymouth North High School (then known as Plymouth-Carver High School) had served as the sole high school for the towns of Plymouth and Carver. In the fall of 2017, a new building for the high school built behind the existing school opened replacing the old Plymouth South which was demolished in the Summer of 2017.
