"Intel Lists Xeon W-1300 CPUs: Rocket Lake for Workstations". Tom's Hardware This page was last edited on 15 May 2022, at ...
Rocket Lake has up to eight cores, down from 10 cores for Comet Lake. It features Intel Xe graphics, and PCIe 4.0 support. [6] Only a single M.2 drive is supported in PCIe 4.0 mode, while all the rest are wired via PCIe 3.0. [7] Intel officially launched the Rocket Lake desktop family on March 16, 2021, with sales commencing on March 30. [8]
The Xe-LPG architecture is a low power variant of Xe-HPG designed for the tile-based iGPUs (tGPUs) of Intel's Meteor Lake and Arrow Lake processors. It is based on the same Arc Alchemist graphics (Gen 12.7) used by Intel's Arc A-series graphics cards but is optimized for operation with lower wattage and higher performance per watt.
LGA 1200, also known as Socket H5, is a zero insertion force flip-chip land grid array (LGA) socket, compatible with Intel desktop processors Comet Lake (10th gen) and Rocket Lake (11th-gen) desktop CPUs, which was released in April 2020. [1] [2] LGA 1200 is designed as a replacement for the LGA 1151 (known as Socket H4).
Comet Lake processors and Ice Lake 10 nm processors are together branded as the Intel "10th Generation Core" family. [9] In March 2021, Intel officially launched Comet Lake-Refresh Core i3 and Pentium CPUs on the same day as the 11th Gen Core Rocket Lake launch. [ 10 ]

Cooper Lake was launched on June 18, 2020 and features up to 28 cores. [4] Aside from a few microarchitectural changes, Cooper Lake's microarchitecture is mostly identical to Skylake. [5] Cooper Lake features faster memory support (DDR4-3200 over DDR4-2933), support for second-generation Optane memory, and double the UPI links over Cascade Lake ...
Ice Lake was designed by Intel Israel's processor design team in Haifa, Israel. [17] [18]Ice Lake is built on the Sunny Cove microarchitecture. [19] [20] Intel released details of Ice Lake during Intel Architecture Day in December 2018, stating that the Sunny Cove core Ice Lake would be focusing on single-thread performance, new instructions, and scalability improvements.
