The Madrasa-e-Azam was a school for Islamic studies and was known for its high standards of education. It was located in the city of Delhi and attracted students from all over the Mughal Empire. In addition to the Madrasa-e-Azam, several other madrasas and educational institutions were established in Delhi during the Mughal period.
