Classic Holley carbs have been a staple for rodders around the world for decades. They're calibrated for use on stock to mildly modified vehicles and have that classic Holley look. Holley's 0-8007 is calibrated and intended for small V8s or 6 cylinder engines as well as 2x4 street tunnel ram style set ups.
I have 2 Holley 9510-U list 4548-S carbs main bodies. I am setting up for street blower (671 on 355 Chevy). I however, have had them apart for a very long time and they have been in a box with 30+ other Holley carbs and parts I do not know what primary metering block or secondary metering plate went on them.

these carbs are universal the 4160 and 4150 will work on anything with a square flange intake and the 4500 model will need a dominator intake and as far as CFM to size a carb you take cubic inch X max. RPM divided by 3456 and this will tell what size carb the engine needs Thanks
There was a problem with some Holley carbs about 10 yrs ago, where there was a manufacturing issue or something with the zinc coating coming off. Looking at the picture of your metering block, I think it says "05" which would indicate 2005 I believe, which is around the time the issue was in play. Call them up, don't run that carb anymore.
