Crestview High School (also known as CHS) is the only high school in the city of Crestview, Florida. It was founded in 1926, and was part of a racially segregated system, serving only white students until 1966, when the students from Carver-Hill , the school for African-Americans, were transferred there. [ 2 ]
Crestview Towers had its groundbreaking in 1969, construction was finished in 1972. The building was developed by Parkview International Developers Co. Phillip Pearlman was the architect and Gerald J. Spolter was the structural engineer. Cohen-Ager Inc. was general contractor. [4] The building has 156 units housing approximately 300 residents.
