With water intake, the general rule of thumb is 64 oz. of water + 8 oz. for every 25 pounds you want to lose. Are you taking a calcium/magnesium and potassium supplements? It could be muscle cramping and these supplements will clear it up. If it continues, go to your doctor. It may be something not related to low-carbing. Better to be safe ...

I noticed I had foamy urine last night and this morning. I looked it up on google and some diseases that had it related the foamy urine to high amounts of protein in the urine. I havn't been drinking 64 oz of water a day, but I have been drinking at least 55oz of liquid (water and diet soda) a day. I had no idea that it could be this dangerous.
If it really does any good anyway, I'd be sure to count the carbs in it, of course. I think the fat flush is supposed to be a whole system of "cleansers" to eliminate toxins and clean out the system, so to speak, which according to what I've read depends on giving up certain things like artificial sweeteners, salt and fat to help detox and "lighten the load" of the liver... which leaves a lot ...

The pork rinds I use are Sunasia brand. I have a recipe where I use 5 oz. or 2 cups of ground rinds. 5 oz. of the ground rinds makes 2 cups. If I turn the cups into ml to make it easier to calculate, I get 480 ml. Divided by 5 (oz), I get 96 ml which converted back is a little over 1/3 of a cup or 6.4 Tbsp.
