Piko (ピコ, Piko, born March 11, 1988) is a male Japanese pop singer signed to the Sony Music Entertainment sub-label Ki/oon Music.He became popular on the Internet through the video sharing network Nico Nico Douga.
While the original Varèse Sarabande LP version contained 22 tracks, the label reissued the album in 1990 with the tracks "Pico and Sepulveda" and "La Petite Tonkinoise" removed. [ 5 ] [ 6 ] Two additional tracks, "Some of These Days" and "Bim Bam Boom", were removed for the French release.
"Pico and Sepulveda" is a 1947 song by Freddy Martin and his orchestra. Composed by Eddie Maxwell (Eddie Cherkose) and Jule Styne (Ambassador Records, 1947 — b/w "She of the Coffee Brown Eyes"), it features a Latin-style beat, and Martin used the alias "Felix Figueroa" when performing and recording the song.
