Yared Nuguse (/ ˈ j ɑːr ɪ d n ə ˈ ɡ uː s / YAR-id nə-GOOSS; born June 1, 1999) [1] [2] is an American professional middle-distance runner who specializes in the 1500 meters.He was the 2019 NCAA Division I champion in the event and bronze medalist from the 2024 Summer Olympics.
