The San Diego Model Railroad Museum is a museum in San Diego, California, that focuses on the heritage of railroading through model railroads. It was founded in 1982. The museum is located on the lower level of Casa de Balboa on the Prado in Balboa Park. [1] [2] At 27,000 sq. ft., it is the largest model railroad museum in North America.
