Pretty Little Liars is a series of young adult novels by Sara Shepard. Beginning with 2006's initial novel of the same name, the series follows the lives of four girls—Spencer Hastings, Hanna Marin, Aria Montgomery and Emily Fields. The novels appeared on The New York Times Best Seller list for 62 weeks.
The story of how these findings impact their later lives will be continued in the fourth novel in the series, Lucy by the Sea (2022). The book was a New York Times and IndieBound best seller. [ 2 ] It was shortlisted for the 2022 Booker Prize [ 3 ] [ 4 ] which was announced on September 6, 2022.

In a similar way Lucy, her niece, is derogatory about her neighbor for her house, reliance on security, interest in her neighbors - all traits equally applicable to Lucy.
