So the longer rotor will give the AF9 more capacity. Unless you ordered it with the bigger extensions the AF9 is 450 bu hopper, so a tiny bit bigger than than 9260.

    Killed all the volunteer canola and some canola that was up already. Gleaner started putting the M11 in the R72 in 1996 and it was 330 hp. Here's a great web site of NDDAN's that tracks all the changes made to the 2 Series Gleaners. Unless that 1998 has been repowered with another engine it should be 330 hp.

In my crops and conditions, I'd say the 7088 is about 33% to 40% more capacity than the 2388. 7088 is a hp jump over the 2388. An entire class more engine. Going from a 2388 to an 8120 would be about a 50% increase in capacity. Reply Like. 2.

Concave @ 4.5; rotor @ 280- 300; fan @ 1200;shoe & chaffer both set @ 10 (external adj. rod kit). Looking for advice and what settings you generaly run your combine at.
