Theewaterskloof Municipality (Afrikaans: Theewaterskloof Munisipaliteit; Xhosa: uMasipala wase Theewaterskloof) is a local municipality located within the Overberg District Municipality, in the Western Cape province of South Africa. As of 2022, the population was 139,563. Its municipality code is WC031.
