Simon Petrikov, more commonly called the Ice King, is a fictional character in the Adventure Time franchise. He was first introduced in the American animated television series Adventure Time . The character was the main antagonist of the show's early seasons and develops into a supporting character in later seasons.
Ice King tries to snap Betty out of her trance, which leads to the two of them, along with Finn, being swallowed by GOLB. As they are being digested, they revert into their "essential forms"; Betty loses her powers and Ice King once again becomes Simon. Meanwhile, Marceline rescues Bubblegum from mutated monsters, and they share a kiss.
