How do I chat or get someone from Microsoft to call me. I have been going in circles for the last hour and a half with the helpline continuing to hang up on me and directing me online. Can only access
About a month ago I was able to get access to this chat via Microsoft and has a case that was opened up and was supposed to hear back after physically talking to a Microsoft technical support agent on the phone but have not heard anything since the first week of March on Thursday the 7th.
