Unfortunately just pulling hex codes off the Internet will lead to the colors being darker than they're supposed to be. Putting the code into Social Club will turn out slightly different in-game. The normal rule of thumb is to take those hex codes and lighten them about 15-20% and apply that code into the social club.

With the recently discovered method of changing a Primary Crew color without changing the texture I have made this color using a spare Epsilon Dukes which will now be my paint test car, that is if I can bare to remove this beautiful color.
