Sigma Phi Epsilon is an American social college fraternity. [1] It was founded on November 1, 1901, at Richmond College, which is now the University of Richmond. Delta Sigma Epsilon was a national collegiate social sorority founded at Miami University, operating in the United States from 1914 to 1956.
