The newspaper started as a broadsheet before going compact on 1 March 2015. [3] Since 1 May 2019, it has reverted to broadsheet editions, as is common among Bangladeshi newspapers. [ 4 ] Since 2015, it has been the media partner of the Dhaka Literary Festival.
