Sinnemahoning State Park is a 1,910-acre (773 ha) Pennsylvania state park in Grove Township, Cameron County and Wharton Township, Potter County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. Quehanna Wild Area (/ k w ə ˈ h æ n ə /) is a wildlife area within parts of Cameron, Clearfield and Elk counties in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania; with a total area of 50,000 acres (78 sq mi; 202 km 2), it covers parts of Elk and Moshannon State Forests.

The Natural Area was established to protect an old-growth grove of white pine trees. Unusually, the area was clearcut and turned into a farm very early in the history of Pennsylvania logging industry, and then reforested naturally from cones blown in from nearby surviving trees.
