St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School (SAA-SDS) is an independent Catholic school in Memphis, Tennessee, consisting of an all-girls PK2-12th school, and an all-boys PK2-8th school. The school is located in the Diocese of Memphis and follows Catholic principles but is not run by the diocese.
The school celebrated its 135th birthday on October 23, 2013. [citation needed] In 2015, Saint Dominic Academy received a generous donation of a building located on Fairmount Avenue in Jersey City. This building was once the Jersey City Women's Club and is now known as Siena Hall, which opened in April 2016 and is used for school-related events.
The foundation stone of St. Dominic's Convent and School was laid by Bishop Cox, O.M.I. Roman Catholic Bishop of Johannesburg on 14 September 1921. Mother Rose Niland took possession of the buildings on behalf of the Dominican Sisters of Newcastle on 21 June 1923 and on the 31st of July that year the first 28 boarders arrived.
In 1952, the school moved to Old Shell Road, across the street from Bishop Toolen School for Girls. Bishop Toolen School for Girls was founded in 1928 by Bishop Thomas J. Toolen and was administered by the Sisters of Loretto until it merged with McGill Institute in 1972 to form the co-educational McGill–Toolen Catholic High School.

Saint Dominic Academy is a Catholic grammar school and high school located on two sites: in Lewiston, Maine, and Auburn, Maine. Both sites are in the Diocese of Portland . The Lewiston campus is for grades Pre-K to 5 while the Auburn campus is for Grades 6 to 12.
