Message on printer states that Web Services are not connected. I don't if that is the problem, but I can not get it resolved.

02-19-2024 09:22 PM. Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11. ENVY 5660 will not print in black from desktop, but will from smart phone. After deleting all HP drivers and re-installing, DeviceSetup.exe hangs up with white window on top of all others that never fills in or offers options.
