Real Estate is an American indie rock band from Ridgewood, New Jersey, United States, formed in 2008. The band is currently based in Brooklyn , New York , [ 1 ] [ 2 ] and consists of Martin Courtney (vocals, guitar), Alex Bleeker (bass, vocals), Matt Kallman (keyboards), Julian Lynch (guitar), and Sammi Niss (drums).

Rick Roberts (born 1954) [1] is an American conservative talk radio host who most recently hosted an afternoon show on WBAP (AM) in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. [2] [3] He was formerly on KOKC AM and later KTOK AM in Oklahoma City during morning drive, 5am to 8am. [4] He has a law degree.

Daniel is the sixth studio album by the American indie rock band Real Estate, released on February 23, 2024, on Domino.Produced by Daniel Tashian, the album was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, and is the band's first with drummer Sammi Niss, who joined the band in 2020.
The band was heavily involved with the scene at the peak of the "second wave" of emo in the mid-1990s. [1] The three founding members, Arabella Harrison (bass/vocals), Joe Guevara (guitar/vocals) and Chris Vanacore (drums), met while studying at Berklee. The band relocated to San Diego in 1997.
Of the four original members, Frosty relocated to Austin, Texas (where he died in 2017), Goldsmith is in the real estate business in Malibu, California, and his sons Taylor and Griffin are in the band Dawes, Jones died June 15, 2013, in South Dakota at age 70, and Johnson owns an advertising agency, ReMIX Media Group, in Aspen, Colorado.
