State Road 62 (SR 62) in the U.S. state of Indiana is an east–west route that travels 204 miles (328 km) from the Illinois state line in the southwest corner of Indiana to the Louisville, Kentucky area, then northeast toward the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
Exceptions to this system are SR 37, SR 47, SR 56, SR 57, SR 62, and SR 67, diagonal routes, the defunct SR 100 beltline around Indianapolis, SR 135 (which acts like a two-digit state highway), and both SR 149 and SR 249 (which are arterials between SR 49 and SR 51).

The Lloyd Expressway is a major east–west traffic artery located in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. The route primarily runs through Evansville, Indiana, reaching from Interstate 69 on the east side of the city to the Posey County line west of the city limits. West of US 41, the expressway is signed as Indiana State Road 62 (SR 62).

State Road 261 connects begins at State Road 66 north of Newburgh, a suburb of Evansville. It runs to the northeast past Rolling Hills Country Club and Quail Crossing Golf Club. It terminates at State Road 62 on the west side of Boonville.
State Road 68 nearly parallels Interstate 64, but although it passes over the interstate twice, there is no direct interchange. However, as of 2008, it now has an interchange with Interstate 69 , making it one of the few roads in the state to cross both the state level equivalent and the Interstate equivalent, in this case being 69.
