The Shriver Center, located at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, USA, was first opened as the University Center in 1958.Later it was renamed as the Phillip R. Elliott was a professor at Miami University between 1849 and 1863. He was a professor of Logic and Greek Language and Literature. He received his education from a number of schools including Lafayette College, Ohio University, Hanover College, and Princeton Theological Seminary. He died in 1892 at the age of 77. [6]
