State Route 619 (SR 619) is an east–west state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The western terminus of State Route 619 is at an interchange with the Interstate 76/U.S. Route 224 freeway in Barberton. Its eastern terminus is at State Route 183 in Lexington Township, just north of Alliance.
According to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the double homicide happened in Manchester at a home in the 200 block of West Sixth Street. Two people were found dead in the house.

The current Manchester High School building was completed in August 1997, along with three other public high schools in Adams County, North Adams, Peebles and West Union High School. All four schools used the same layout and appear almost identical from the air.
Located in the southeastern corner of the county along the Ohio River, it borders the following townships: Brush Creek Township - north; Jefferson Township - northeast; Nile Township, Scioto County - east; Monroe Township - west; Lewis County, Kentucky lies across the Ohio River to the southwest. It is the most southerly township in Adams County.
