The CCS Campus covers more than 200,000 square feet campus-wide including its first building, built in 2006 that houses lower school students ages kindergarten through fourth. The additional early childhood wing and PE gymnasium were added in 2009. Fifth through eighth grade students moved into the middle school building, completed December 2014.

In 2003, the board of trustees voted to change the name of the school to Cambridge Christian School, decided that it would remain on the Habana campus, began the process of purchasing the campus from Seminole Presbyterian Church, and began to acquire adjacent land for future expansion. The name change became effective in July 2007.
