The Sri Lanka FA Cup is an annual knockout cup competition in Sri Lankan football. It is the oldest association football competition in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lanka FA Cup is organised by the Football Federation of Sri Lanka.

A total of 827 teams will participate. [1] The tournament kicked off on 30 March 2019. [2] It was put on hold following the Easter bombings, and resumed in May. [3]

FFSL was founded on 1939 as Ceylon Football Association, later rechristened as Football Federation of Sri Lanka in 1972. FSL affiliated with FIFA in 1952. FFSL affiliated with Asian Football Confederation in 1954 and was the founding member of South Asian Football Federation which was founded in 1997.
