Australian stores don't generally seem to recognise the term, or sell them, but I'm not seeing the difference between skivvy, turtleneck, and polo neck - other than national\regional usage. There are skivvies with t-shirt style collars, but they're less common. Using the terminology of the article that'd be a mock polo neck\mock turtleneck I guess.
