The greatest difference I noticed was that Pixieset (the one I use) has a pretty killer studio management system, whereas Pic-Time has a better storefront. If you’re uploading high res 300dpi images it’s gonna be slow. Try using 50% size 96dpi as a default and even smaller if you are only using images as thumbnails. Pixieset is a severely limited website platform.
