The Hugh L. King House is a historic house at 110 West Spring Street in Heber Springs, Arkansas. It is a 2 + 1 ⁄ 2-story L-shaped wood-frame house, with an eclectic combination of Queen Anne and Italianate features. It has a two-story polygonal turreted projection at one corner, and a wraparound porch with delicate turned posts.
The Cleburne County Courthouse is located at Courthouse Square in the center of Heber Springs, the county seat of Cleburne County, Arkansas.It is a two-story brick building, built in the Jeffersonian Revival style in 1914 to a design by Clyde A. Ferrell.

The Heber Springs Commercial Historic District encompasses the early commercial heart of Heber Springs, Arkansas. The district extends along Main Street, between Broadway and 6th Street, including several buildings along some of the cross streets.
In 1953, founder Arthur Rutenberg moved from Chicago to Florida at age 26 and started his business with one house under the brand name Rutenberg Homes. In 1978, he sold his first franchise. [ 5 ] In 1986, Professional Builder magazine named Arthur Rutenberg "National Builder of the Year".
The Cleburne County Farm Cemetery is located at Plantation Drive East and Deer Run in Heber Springs, Arkansas. It is a small cemetery, with seventeen graves, ten of which have markers. It is surrounded by a chain-link fence, and there is a commemorative marker.
