    Ideally, signatures should follow the text and it is much preferred that a page break between the "body" of the contract and the signatures should be avoided. Then you don't need to say "end of body" - the body is just followed by signatures.

    Yes, of course, signatures and seals are usually at the end of an agreement(on the last page).But to prevent forgery( in case one or more pages without signatures or seals on it are switched), we need to spread the edges of all the pages a bit and stamp on them at one time, so each page has part of the seal, which can be fitted together to authenticate the agreement.
