The "POGO Hub" is a descriptor attached to the end of the name, not part of the name itself. I do not find the term "Island Cove POGO Hub" used much in a web search. I find things like "POGO hub in Island Cove" and "POGO hub in Cavite's Island Cove. I found "Island Cove POGO hub in Cavite" in The Filipino Times.
