The Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) is a Nigerian professional body established in 1987 that regulates training and practice of Administration in the public and private sectors. The CIA was chartered by Act No 103, No. 76 Vol. 79 of 31 December 1992.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Young Academy and the Chartered Institute of Administration. Adebayo obtained a B.Sc. (honours) degree in biochemistry from the University of Calabar in 2000. He later proceeded to the University of Jos in 2003 and was awarded an M.Sc. degree in biochemistry in 2005.

Agida was born on August 12, 2003, in Alimosho local government, Lagos State, Nigeria, into the family of Hon. Pius Ocho Agida and Eunice Agida Owerre. He is an indigene of the Igede tribe, in Benue State, Nigeria. His father, a politician and civil servant in the Benue State Ministry of Works, died when Agida was three years old. [5]
