Kiruko (Japanese: キルコ) is a fictional character from the manga series Heavenly Delusion, created by Masakazu Ishiguro.Kiruko works alongside their partner Maru as a bodyguard job around Japan to reach an area known as Heaven.
Known then as CTV 30 (Community Television channel 30), the station expanded from having only a few hours each day on the air, to growing to 30 programs over three channels decades later. By the 1980s, the station moved from covering local events and happenings, and began producing studio shows with the help of the local cable company.
