Pance F. Pondaag (February 18, 1951 – June 3, 2010) was an Indonesian pop singer and songwriter. The Jakarta Post described Pondaag as one of Indonesia's most famous pop singers during the 1980s. [1] Pondaag was born on February 18, 1951, in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
All PWEI songs were credited to Vestan Pance. It was a pseudonym for the band as a whole. Although the songs were mainly Crabb or Mansell compositions, using a pseudonym was considered more interesting than just "All songs by Pop Will Eat Itself".
