Tulare (/ t ʊ ˈ l ɛər i / ⓘ tuu-LAIR-ee) is a city in Tulare County, California, United States.The population was 68,875 per the 2020 census.It is located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, 8 mi (13 km) south of Visalia and 60 mi (97 km) north of Bakersfield.
Wellston is in southeastern Manistee County, near the center of Norman Township. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the CDP has an area of 1.01 square miles (2.6 km 2), of which 0.04 square miles (0.10 km 2), or 4.04%, are water.
