University Of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) (Arabic: الجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية) is a public university operating in 9 governorates in Oman. It has 11 different branches spread over the different part of the country.
In 1949, the KECM then merged with Raffles College, which specialized in the humanities and teacher training, to form the Singapore campus of the University of Malaya (UM). The SAF Medical Training Institute (SMTI) is a military medicine training institute under the Army Medical Service within the SAF Medical Corps.As part of the medical corps, the institute oversees the medical vocational training for SAF service members under the Army, Navy, Air Force, as well as the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
