Saint John Regional Hospital is a Canadian hospital in Saint John, New Brunswick. Operated by Horizon Health Network , Saint John Regional Hospital opened in 1982, replacing the Saint John General Hospital and West Saint John Community Hospital facilities, creating the largest single health care facility in the province.

In 2003, St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital's community newsletter, which at the time was called Living Well, was presented with the prestigious Bronze award by HMR Publications Group, Inc. at the annual Healthcare Advertising Awards in the Newsletter category.
In December 1956, the hospital recorded the highest number of patients in its history with 1,697 having been admitted. Dr. Robert A. Gregory served as director from 1956 to 1969, followed by Dr. Ihsan Kapkin from 1969 to 1971. In 1970 the Provincial Hospital Annex (also known as the Provincial Hospital Farm) was sold to the private sector.
