A fourth and final North American leg of the tour was announced on December 4, 2023, consisting of twenty-one shows starting on May 28, 2024, in Ridgefield, Washington and concluding on July 30, 2024, in St. Louis, Missouri. In the 1990s, St. Louis area band Uncle Tupelo blended punk, rock, and country-influenced music styles with raucous performances and became pioneers of alt-country. Both St. Louis and Kansas City also have active hip-hop scenes; Tech N9ne was born in Kansas City and Eminem in St. Joseph, and Nelly and the St. Lunatics got their start in St. Louis.
The band has been doing yearly reunion shows to sold-out crowds at The Pageant Theater in their hometown of St. Louis, Missouri since 2003. In 2006, the band released a double live album entitled Alive and Well. On December 1, 2012, the band celebrated their 40th anniversary with a sold-out show at The Pageant in St. Louis, MO.
