"I Heard a Rumour" is a song by English girl group Bananarama from their fourth studio album, Wow! (1987), and was released on 22 June 1987 as the album's lead single. It became a hit in UK where it reached the top 20, but was more successful in North America, where it peaked within the top five.
In Bananarama's 2017 reunion interview with The Guardian, original group member Siobhan Fahey explained the song's meaning: "The thing I'm proudest of [...] is that we made quirky pop. The lyrics were much darker than you'd imagine. 'Robert De Niro's Waiting' is about date rape." Keren Woodward added, "You'll listen to it with new ears now."
In late February 2011, Siobhan Fahey's current project, Shakespears Sister announced that they were releasing their own version of "Really Saying Something", as a special anniversary single, celebrating 30 years since Bananarama recorded their first single.

"He's Got Tact" is a song written and recorded by English girl group Bananarama. The song was written as a commercial jingle for the Honda Tact motor scooter and released as a promotional single only in Japan. The popularity of the jingle prompted London Records to add the song to the Japanese version of Bananarama's debut album Deep Sea Skiving.
