And it's often easiest to go to the Avery site & download the appropriate template. Often the same template is used for different label products, sometimes the template isn't made available until after the software is released, & some templates just aren't used commonly enough to warrant including them. I'm sure there are other reasons as well.

All of those label numbers are available in the Word 2010 Label Options dialog. What may be confusing you is that the dialog's list is in "alphabetic" order and not in numeric order. That is, all the numbers, both four-digit and five-digit, that begin with '1' are listed first, followed by all the ones that begin with '2', and so on.

Well, first of all, I wouldn't bother with an Avery template; Word has "label" definitions for all current Avery products, and they generally work better than third-party templates. But your list can easily be converted to a data source for a mail merge to labels. Select the entire list.
