Eagle's Claw is a yellow, brown and black KMG Afterburner amusement ride situated in Lightwater Valley, in Ripon, North Yorkshire, England. It is a thrill ride with a height restriction of 1.22 metres, and a capacity of 24 riders. The Keighley News wrote that it "feels like a scarier version of the old Viking longship." [1]

In July 2017, an 18-year old was killed while riding a KMG Fireball (aka Afterburner) ride that malfunctioned at the Ohio State Fair, sending him flying more than 50 feet in the air. Seven others were injured as well.
In 2017, KMG told the Associated Press the ride in the Ohio State Fair accident was built in the Netherlands in 1998 and is one of 48. Eleven of the rides were in the United States at the time.
Vortex is a KMG Afterburner at Thorpe Park, an amusement park in Chertsey, Surrey, England. It was installed in the Lost City area of the park in 2001. It opened on 25 May, seven weeks after the opening of the 2001 season. Riders sit in seats arranged in a circle facing inwards, there are eight gondolas with four seats on each.

It was replaced with Tornado 2 for the 2007 season, and this ride was sold to Norwegian-based company Hugo's Tivoli, as a traveling ride, before being exported back to the United Kingdom in 2022, situated at Barry Island Leisure Park for 2022 before moving back to the south at the nearby Clarence Pier for 2023 ...
