Lexington High School (LHS) is a public high school located in Lexington, Massachusetts, serving students in ninth through twelfth grade. It is one of two high schools in Lexington, and is part of the Lexington Public Schools system. Its sports teams compete in division 1 of Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA)'s 4th district.
In October 2022, Insider Magazine [19] used celebrity yearbook photos for an article, many of which came from the Classmates.com yearbook archive. In June 2023, People Magazine also used Classmates.com [20] celebrity yearbook photos for an article. Classmates.com has also been in the media [21] [22] for high school romance connections.

The same year it opened, the Board of Education named the new consolidated high school "Central High School". Central's first class, the class of 1958, decided on the school's mascot, the Spartan, and colors of red, black, silver and white. White Knoll High School is located south of Lexington, largely serving the White Knoll and Red Bank communities. A rivalry has formed with teams competing annually in at least 14 sports, replacing the decades-long Lake Murray "dam rivalry" between Lexington and Irmo High School. In the fall of 2013, Lexington High School split again.
