George Farmer County Secondary Modern School opened on Tuesday 22 April 1958. [1] Work had started in 1956. The name was chosen on Tuesday 18 February 1958. [2] The school was built by William Wright & Sons, of Park Street in Lincoln, for Holland Education Committee.
