Less than 5 minutes later a technician called me and we started a LogMeIn session. After a few minutes of discussing my issue I was told that I needed a technical support person to help and was connected to another person.
I confirm that the HP support cannot get access until you grant access to the system. So do not worry as the updates are set automatically by default. I have a few recommendations . Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM. Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
