YES! I love this a Frank's LOVE page pretty much. Frank's is the best there is nothing better. That being said no need to even worry about the sodium in it unless you have a condition where you need to limit salts. Many people believe lots of sodium bloats you etc., but that all depends on YOU, and how much your usually consuming on a daily basis.

  4. Deadlifting with Long Arms - Bodybuilding.com Forums

    forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=122615921

Had very long arms and legs. The best build for deadlifting is a chimp build: short body, short legs, long arms. The only way to find out if you're naturally good or bad at any lift is to work at it a lot and see how well you perform. Explanations like these are mostly for hindsight.

  5. Anyone have small wrists? - Bodybuilding.com Forums

    forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=143066043

Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow. Small wrists are pretty much preferred by bodybuilders, they help create the illusion of huge arms.

  6. Eating Four Times a Day? - Bodybuilding.com Forums

    forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4055283

You can't gain if you're in a caloric deficit. The body doesn't know about our man-made "time". It's 7 PM here, but it's 3 PM somewhere else in the world. You can eat as late as you want and your food will go through the same processes each time. Besides, the food you eat at 7:30 PM isn't even exiting your stomach until 10:30 or 11.

Aim to increase reps when you can. Once you are getting (say) 3x12, increase the weight and drop the reps back down to 3x10. I might even throw in a couple of extra resilience/stability exercises like cable pullthroughs and reverse flys or facepulls. Depends if you have any joint issues ATM. 10-03-2016, 07:17 AM #3.

option 1: (best option ) put some more meat on your neck (IOW, build your traps) - since I don't know any guys named Ellen, this may not be something you're interested in doing. option 2: bar pad, most gyms have em, they're velcro and are long enough to protect your neck and shoulders from the pain of bearing the weight of the bar.

Schneiders red hots are 10 grams of fat per dog, and the juicy jumbos are 19 grams per dog! I don't think you should ever make this a primary meal, but occasionally for a pretty clean fun meal you could work in Fat Free hot dogs or Soy Dogs. I think the Soy Dogs are disgusting personally but my girlfriend likes them.
