New Mexico State Road 528 (NM 528) is a 15.355-mile-long (24.711 km) state highway in Sandoval County and Bernalillo County, New Mexico.NM 528 is signed as Alameda Blvd. In Rio Rancho, the road is also known as Pat D'Arco Highway, [2] named after former mayor of Rio Rancho Pat D'Arco.
Also serving the avenue was the North Fair Oaks Avenue Line and the Mount Lowe Railway. The lines were mostly abandoned in the 1920s. At a point of today's 210 Freeway, there was a fork in the road that veered obliquely to the northwest. This was an access to the greatest local water source in Millard Canyon, and was named New Fair Oaks Road.
