I dont live in Portland but was visiting our office there and walked down to peek in the showroom while I was in the area! They have great custom designed machines in there called Lucca. Designed in Portland! Got my A53 from here. Forget the machines: I want the tables. :) Just loverly. Thanks for the post/pics.

FWIW, all my disposable income for 2022 went to Clive Coffee. I've been satisfied with the products I bought, and the after-sale service I've received. I especially like that they assign a "concierge" to you when you buy an espresso machine, so you have a specific person you can contact for any questions or problems.
Clive Coffee is having an Open Box/Ding/Scratch sale that just started today. Not sure that this will help anyone, but just in case there is something on here that one of you has been eyeballing, may be worth your time.

Does Clive Coffee no longer have a coffee concierge for espresso machine purchases? Just curious. Recommended to a friend - the ~$3k machine took a month to arrive and had defects. He tells me they don't have a dedicated concierge anymore? 1 upvote.

Like the title says, I purchased an ECM Synchronika Anthracite with the Lucca flow control device pre-installed, as well as an Atom 75 grinder from Clive Coffee. The first machine came last week and wouldn’t heat up. I followed their troubleshooting guide and removed one of the panels to see if the boiler was connected properly.
Profitec Pro 600 only Price = 2050. Originally purchased from Clive coffee. Everything here besides the grinder was purchased from Clive. Clive is great for sales but if you’re local to the area, I might look for a different shop to do repairs. I bought my machine from them a while back and, up until about three years ago, would infrequently bring it back to them for repairs/maintenance when necessary; but a couple years ago I took my machine in for a leak and they kept not being able to fix it.
