Update 6.2.9200.16547 appeared after a firmware update that brought the polling rate to 8000Hz. Mouse Dock Pro and Basilisk V3 Pro firmware has been updated. In my case, the one to which the Mouse Dock Pro HID Keyboard Device is connected has the corresponding version.
OEM's version of HID class is windows 7? so i've downloaded the Razer HIDclass update from Microsoft catalog but it's just razer synapse 3? didn't fix my issue when i checked for updates and I'm at a loss of words trying to figure out what peripheral "HIDclass .16547" could be but no luck because I've already updated everything in device manager.
